PM makes government managers personally responsible for IT goals

MOSCOW, Oct 13 (PRIME) – The government members will be personally responsible for reaching the goals stipulated in the programs of digital transformation, according to a document signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Tuesday.

The government bodies will have standard programs of digital transformation, which will be agreed with the Digital Development Ministry and approved by a state commission on digital development. The government bodies’ heads will be personally in charge of reaching the goals.

The existing system of annual plans for digitalization will be replaced by a program-goal mode with a three-year horizon of planning and quarter reports.
